Inline Electromagnetic Flow Meter

Overview

magnetic Flow Meter is mainly comprised by two parts: electromagnetic flow converter and flow induction sensors. Flow coverter has a main board and in charge of process various flow signal and communication signal. Flow sensors usually includes electrode, lining material and pipe section. Flow sensors will contact fluid directly and sense the flow and then transmit related fluid signal to flow converter. Flow converter makes calculation by the information and give a final result. Both of them work together to ensure normal performance of magnetic flowmeter. If flow converter and flow sensor are welded together,we usually call it integrated type, if both of them are connected by cable, it is called as separated type. So as for water proof aspect, separated type has a better advantage than integrated type. But this doesn’t mean separated type is better than integrated type, and both have their different application and users can do comprehensive consideration during actual using.

Magnetic flow meter is developed on the baiss of Faraday law of electromagnetic induction and can measure water and liquid volumetric flow when its induction is bigger than 5um/s.Of course,in acutual application, if the liquid induction is better than 20um/s, it will be an ideal choice. This rule is not just used for our magnetic flow meters, and many other companies have the same indication. Though they mark electromagnetic flow meters can work for the liquid conduction over 5um/s,but in fact, their accuracy and performance may not be ensured. If you have application of magnetic flow, please keep this in mind. This rule is our actual experience from our many years dealing within this sector.
